Whittingham Park
New mixed-use development including new-build dwellings, conversion of existing buildings into new apartments, new-build sports hall and social club, refurbishment of Grade 2 listed church and new commercial B1 buildings. MCL completed MEP performance design for all building types, including public lighting, TV/SAT survey and utilities.
