New-build 30,000ft² office development in the town centre location. MCL undertook full MEP design and site supervision including cost control for Category A and Category B fit-outs.

The MEP services included VRF system, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, gas fired hot & cold water system, above ground drainage, car park ventilation, door access and security and lighting, power and fire alarm installation.
