New-build 744-unit Build to Rent Scheme (BTR) over four blocks. MCL worked with the client’s team to develop a building regulations and planning compliant scheme. Responsibilities included performance design, capital cost review and analysis, life cycle cost review and analysis, MEP procurement & cost negotiation, and site supervision.
